If a property owner calls, texts, or emails us, we will respond within 24 hours or waive the next month's management fee.
RENT PAYMENT GUARANTEE
If the tenant does not pay their rent as agreed, they do not need to pay us the management fee. We are only paid when the landlord is paid.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you’re not satisfied with the service, you can cancel the management contract with a 30-day notice.
