Four Points Property Management, LLC is currently building a network of real estate investors. Together with professionals with vast experience in such opportunities as storage, hotels, apartments and residential flips, we will be forming teams to provide all the necessary services and skills within our own network. For the moment, we are gauging interest by asking investors to register with absolutely no obligation. This will enable us to see how much cash we can assemble from partners, what kinds of properties the partners would consider, risk tolerances, investment strategies, investment terms and more. If you would consider investing in real estate, alone or with partners, simply complete the Investor Registration Form and submit the form. Your information will be kept strictly confidential between FPPM senior staff. Again, there is no commitment.

Four Points Property Management, LLC is not now, and will not register as an investment company under the Investment Company Act, by reason of the provisions of §3(c)(1) thereof, which excludes from the definition of an investment company any issuer which has not made and does not presently propose to make a public offering of its securities and whose outstanding securities (other than short-term paper) are beneficially owned by not more than 100 persons. No representations or warranties have been made to me by Four Points Property Management, LLC, the Manager, or any agent or affiliate of any of them. I understand that no federal or state agency has passed upon the membership interests or made any findings or determination as to the fairness of this investment. Further, I represent that the representations, warranties, agreements, undertakings and acknowledgements made by me in this Agreement are made with the intent that they be relied upon by Four Points Property Management, LLC and the Manager in determining my suitability as a purchaser of the Interest, and shall survive my admission as an investor with Four Points Property Management, LLC.
