  • What is the Resident Benefits Package(RBP)?

    The Resident Benefits Program (RBP) provided by Four Points is designed to reward tenants for timely rent payments while providing various benefits.  RBP brings a positive relationship between property management and tenants, incentivizing prompt payments while simultaneously offering rewards or perks to enhance tenant satisfaction.


    The benefits could range from discounts on amenities, maintenance services, or even external perks like local business partnerships, gym memberships, or other lifestyle-related advantages.

  • What is included in the package?

    Our RBP offers some great incentives for paying your rent on time! 


    1. Credit building: Enjoy a credit score boost for on-time rental payments. Rent payments are provided to all three credit bureaus. Why not get credit for one of your largest expenses each month? Better credit = better interest rates.


    2. Rent Rewards platform: Where you can earn gift cards and other perks from over 250 national brands and local businesses and just for signing up for the RBP you will receive a $30.00 bonus! Simply pay your rent on time and reap the points!

  • How does this benefit me as an existing resident?

    You now have the opportunity to build credit and you have access to our Resident Rewards program turning your on-time payments into gift cards to your favorite places!

  • What is the rewards program included in the RBP?

    In addition to building your credit with on-time payments, every time you

    pay your rent on time, you will get $Reward Points$ which you can turn into

    cash or gift cards through Pinata. Now, those on-time rent payments will

    earn your rewards!

  • How will this help build my credit?

    Once you are signed up, we will begin reporting on-time payments to major

    credit reporting agencies that can begin boosting your credit score! Better

    credit = better interest rates. Over time, this will save you money!

  • What is covered under the RBP Renter's Policy?

  • When will I get proof of coverage for the Renter's Insurance through the RBP?

    You will receive Evidence of Insurance similar to the sample here about 30

    days after enrollment in the master policy through the RBP.

  • Can I purchase my own Renter's Insurance?

    Yes, you are not required to keep the coverage in the RBP, but you must

    have insurance through your lease term and it must meet the requirements

    stated in the Renter's Insurance Addendum. See related questions below.

  • How do I provide proof of my own Renter's Insurance?

    Please inform one of our leasing agents that you will be providing proof of

    coverage. Either email or upload the policy number and breakdown of

    coverage you have.

  • What happens if I provide proof of my own Renter's Insurance?

    Yes, you are not required to keep the coverage in the RBP, but you must have insurance through your lease term and it must meet the requirements stated in the Renter's Insurance Addendum. See related questions below.
